Seller and scope
The shop is operated by САЛАЗАР ЕООД, company no. 206001214, VAT BG206001214, 2 Hristo Botev St., 2260 Svoge, Bulgaria. Contact [email protected] or +359 895 954 580. This is also the return address, not an advertised walk-in shop with opening hours. Consumer rights apply to natural persons acting outside their trade or profession.
Selection, prices and order
Product characteristics and available options appear on the product page. Prices are in euros including VAT where charged. You can correct items, quantities and entered details before confirmation. The total, delivery and applicable extra costs are shown before you confirm. Confirming the order is a purchase request with an obligation to pay upon acceptance. Offers depend on their displayed period and availability; regular and current prices appear at the product.
Confirmation and performance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The automatic receipt notice acknowledges the request. Acceptance is confirmed when the order enters processing and the corresponding confirmation email is sent. Check your email address and confirmation details. If fulfilment is impossible, we inform you and arrange the refund due for any payment made. Statutory remedies for non-performance are not excluded.
Payment and delivery
Only payment and delivery methods actually available and selected at checkout apply. Cash on delivery is paid on receipt; card payment is available only when enabled and displayed. Delivery territory, provider, cost and agreed time are shown before confirmation; choosing a language does not mean delivery to every country. Product value of €60 qualifies for the free delivery displayed in the cart. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, the statutory period of up to 30 days from conclusion of the contract applies.
Withdrawal and complaints
Where the right applies, consumers may notify withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The returns and complaints page and withdrawal form explain time limits, return procedure, refunds and exceptions. You bear direct return costs for conforming goods when withdrawing. The seller bears necessary costs for remedying non-conformity; statutory liability is generally two years from delivery. A commercial warranty does not replace statutory rights, including applicable rules for goods with digital elements.
Accounts, data and disputes
Keep login details secure and provide accurate information. An account or purchase is not consent to advertising. The privacy policy explains personal-data processing. For a dispute, you may first contact us; the Bulgarian consumer authority is the Commission for Consumer Protection at kzp.bg, including information on conciliation commissions. Bulgarian law applies without restricting applicable mandatory consumer rights or statutory court jurisdiction.
